Whilst we intend to give an accurate description of all products; all photos on our website for illustrative purposes only. Colours may vary slightly from the illustrated image. Many of our items are personalised and made for you specifically; it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all spelling and specifications are accurate when ordering. We reserve the right to amend pricing and specifications if required.
Returns & Refunds
We strive to ensure that all customers are satisfied with their orders however, if issues arise please contact us at Lisa@LittleStarShop.co.uk to attempt to resolve the problem. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all spelling and specifications are accurate when ordering. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on personalised products unless the item is found to be faulty. Return delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer (unless in the case of faulty items).
Delivery
We offer free delivery on all products. We aim to get your product to you as soon as we can, however, due to the personalised nature of many of our products we cannot guarantee when your item will be delivered. If you require an item for a specific date, please contact us directly to ensure this is possible before placing an order.
